Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CT App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the application.

2. Description of Service

CT App provides the Container Build Protocol (CBP) — a structured framework for personal development through container creation, vision integration, scope definition, service architecture, and calibration. The application includes AI-facilitated guidance, co-author collaboration, and LAT (Life Authored Together) group features.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
  • One person may maintain only one account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within CT App, including vision statements, scope agreements, container data, and dialogue content. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

5. AI-Generated Content

CT App uses AI models to provide guidance, diagnostics, and facilitation. AI-generated content is provided as guidance only and should not be treated as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic). You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

6. Collaboration Features

When you invite co-authors or join LAT groups, you agree to share relevant container data with those collaborators. You may not share another user's private data outside the application without their explicit consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users through the collaboration features.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure.
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Account. Upon deletion request, your profile will be immediately anonymized and your account permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

CT App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated guidance.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the application. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
