1. Introduction

CT App (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our Container Build Protocol application.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: Email address, display name, and authentication credentials.
  • Container Data: Vision statements, scope agreements, phase progress, events, and build history you create within the application.
  • Course Progress: Your responses to course content and dialogue sessions.
  • I-Container Data: Your Integrated Container Vision, behavioral capacities, and emotional signatures.
  • Co-Author Data: Invitations, assessments, and collaboration records with your co-authors.
  • AI Interactions: Conversations with AI facilitators within the application, used to provide personalized guidance.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the CT App services.
  • To facilitate the Container Build Protocol, including AI-assisted guidance.
  • To enable collaboration features with your co-authors and LAT group members.
  • To send notifications you have opted into (configurable in Settings).
  • To improve our services and user experience.

4. AI Processing

CT App uses AI models (provided by Anthropic) to facilitate container building, diagnostics, and guidance. Your container data and dialogue content may be sent to these AI services to generate personalized responses. We do not use your data to train AI models.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with row-level security policies ensuring you can only access your own data. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: View all data we hold about you through the application.
  • Export: Download a complete copy of your data in machine-readable format (JSON) via Settings > Export Your Data.
  • Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data via Settings > Account.
  • Rectification: Update or correct your information at any time within the application.
  • Portability: Receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your container data is shared only with co-authors and LAT group members you explicitly invite or join. Public LAT group profiles display only group-level information (vision, domain, health status) and never expose individual member data.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you request account deletion, your profile is immediately anonymized and your account is scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period. You may cancel the deletion during this period.
